                                                    Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective.  Returned item must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition, meaning not damaged, scratched, dented or modified. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call or email. SacCityCorvette will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Certain items are non-returnable including electrical and electronic parts.

                                                           AIP Optisparks

AIP Optisparks are covered by a 2 yr replacement warranty when purchaces from SacCityCorvette. The Optispark must be returned to AIP for testing and when deamed defective a new Optispark will be replaced.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

                      Warranty Policies

All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you.  Your purchase will be backed by a limited part replacement warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. Products manufactured by SacCityCorvette have a repair or replcemant warrantied for one year. Repair or replacemnt is at SacCityCorvettes discretion.  Products from other manufactures  fall under that manufactures warranty policy and will be warrantied by the manufacture of that product.  SacCityCorvette and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to, improper handling, neglect, shipping damage or installation, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only. Performance parts are installed at the customer’s risk. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of his or her area.
Electronic/Electrical parts are not returnable unless they are deamed defective by SacCityCorvette or the manufacture.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
SacCityCorvette does not cover labor on any warranty claim.
